If you head north, a lovely pedestrian and bicycle path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Sea location in Baskemölla. Entire home.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2025 v24-v27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) check in Sunday.

Completely new built 2022, very fresh detached guesthouse 100 m from the beach. You live in a forested area, with sea noise and the beach as your neighbor. Taking a morning and/or evening swim. Relax with mile-long walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm private little house with two bedrooms at each end (respectively 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom w shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with own barbecue.

Large peaceful house in Kivik

The perfect getaway for a group of friends or two families. Cook in the big open kitchen, hang out in the garden, have an ice cream or a drink in the nearby Kivik harbour! Located on a quiet street with almost no traffic. You can see the ocean from the house. It’s 1600 metres to the Kivik harbour and beach. Just before the harbour you will find a small town centre with an ICA shop, along with restaurants, ice cream stands, and a café. The house is adjacent to the forest which offers great walks.

Equipped with double bed, kitchen, fireplace, shower and toilet. The cart is completely `off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Relax and refill your senses in this picturesque old fishing village of Brantevik in the middle of Österlen.Our small cottage is over 120 years old and has belonged to the same family and is today owned by an artist and designer. Access to the cliffs and bathing 2 minutes. "Skåneleden", famous walking trail, passes right outside the house. Restaurants, Daniel Berlins Vyn & cafes around the corner. Österlen area is famous for a rich art and culture heritage. Close to historic sites and beaches.

The perfect cottage for two adults and two kids. One 180 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. Here you will find a peaceful place where you can relax and take it easy in the middle of one of Österlen's most beautiful nature reserves. Outside your door you can experience a rich wildlife and unique flora. With close connection to Skåneleden on which you can enjoy hikes in the forest, along rumbling creeks and over beautiful heaths. This splendid holiday home is in the Österlen Idyll of Kivik. The house is in a central location and offers a view of the sea and the harbour, which is just 400 metres from the house. The garden is huge and sunny. There are several terraces next to the house. Especially from the huge bedroom, enjoy a view of the grave mounds of Kungagraven, which is the largest of its kind that dates back to the Bronze Age of Sweden. Lots of room for family and friends.
