Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The location between the sea and the hill is magical. It is 150 meters to the sea and 100 meters to the hill with a wonderful view. The nature reserve Hagestad is close by with beautiful hiking areas. Restaurant is close by with nice live performances in the weekends. One-story house of 90 sqm with a fireplace and jacuzzi that will be a cozy end to the evening. Daytime there is a beach or fishing if you do not want to take a run in Österlen. Perfect family or couple home.

The house is located in the small village of Örnahusen in Österlen, close to some of Sweden's best mile-longe beaches and beautiful walking paths. Located between the sea and two fine golf courses you will find this accommodation with a spa feel. The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both swimming pool (not heated) and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The listing has another resident wall to wall (but locked in between). It won't be rented out to other guests at the same time, but the hosts will stay there sometimes.

Welcome to a wonderful vacation home located by one of Sweden’s most beautiful beaches – Kyhls strand in Österlen. The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
