Wonderful house in my Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik, Österlen

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in Lärarbostaden where nice details are preserved, such as a tiled oven, beautiful floors and sprawling old windows. Here you can enjoy good dinners at two generous patios with barbecue or indoors at a spacious dining table. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. Simris is an old enrich village with nice walking paths. It is bike and walking distance to Simrishamn.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2025 v24-v27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) check in Sunday.

Welcome to Grönhems farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a crosswood area dating back to the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling grazing for our horses in the hilly landscape of Österlen. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Enjoy beautiful Österlen and stay in the tranquil neighbourhood of Rörums strand. Fill your days visiting bustling nearby villages, enjoying great restaurants, numerous art studios, sandy local beaches (unfortunately, Knäbäckshusen beach is closed for 2024 due to storm damage) and the forested hills of adjacent Stenshuvud National Park where you overlook the sea, apple farms and meadows. Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Near Stenshuvud National Park, Mandelmann Gardens and two fantastic golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbour but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for lazy days, but also for nature lovers.
