Wonderful house in my Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Cozy 40's apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's canopies. Two balconies of which a large thriving terrace with no view in a sunny south facing position. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful loft of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms as well as a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells you about travel in all parts of the world. Small fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Gamla School - Teacherbostaden

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in Lärarbostaden where nice details are preserved, such as a tiled oven, beautiful floors and sprawling old windows. Here you can enjoy good dinners at two generous patios with barbecue or indoors at a spacious dining table. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. Simris is an old enrich village with nice walking paths. It is bike and walking distance to Simrishamn.

Large house of 200 m2. Secluded garden with large wooden decks. The house has two levels with bathroom and shower on both floors. The house offers 4 bedrooms, big kitchen and cozy common areas with fireplace. Fast WIFI. Large greenhouse where you can sit warm on rainy days. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price! The house is close to the nature reserve Forsemölla. Swimming facilities are within comfortable bicycle distance. Two km away is Rörum with Mandelmann's farm and cozy French Crêperie.

Cozy house with 5 min walking distance to beautiful nature reserve and sea. Another 5-minute nice walk along the reserve and you reach charming Brantevik with rock and beach baths as well as café and restaurants. The house consists of 2 rooms. Downstairs with bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as upstairs with double bed and 2 single beds. In the house there is washing and dishwasher, shower, lots of games and basic selection of TV channels. The patio is big, green and sunny. It also has a big trampoline.

Welcome to Grönhems farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a crosswood area dating back to the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling grazing for our horses in the hilly landscape of Österlen. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests close to the farm. The apartment has an open plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Neighbor with wide open fields, some curious cows and close to most of what Österlen has to offer! A quiet, harmonious open-plan home with a kitchen, dining area, and living space with big window sections letting in nature. As we only rent out when we ourselves are not there, there is access to a large garden, a patio in the evening sun and a big orangery for long dinners.
