Wonderful house in my Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Gamla school. Here you get to enjoy in Lärarbostaden where nice details are preserved, such as a tiled oven, beautiful floors and sprawling old windows. Here you can enjoy good dinners at two generous patios with barbecue or indoors at a spacious dining table. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. Simris is an old enrich village with nice walking paths. It is bike and walking distance to Simrishamn.

The house offers 4 bedrooms, big kitchen and cozy common areas with fireplace. Fast WIFI. Large greenhouse where you can sit warm on rainy days. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price! The house is close to the nature reserve Forsemölla. Swimming facilities are within comfortable bicycle distance. Two km away is Rörum with Mandelmann's farm and cozy French Crêperie.

It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass veranda. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Our nice and cozy house (anno 1865) is located in the middle of Österlen in picturesque Järrestad. The house has two floors with large living area, kitchen and bathroom downstairs and 2.5 bedrooms upstairs. Newly renovated fully equipped kitchen (April -21) Outdoor place, nice garden and large meadow outside (south facing). Close to Simrishamn, swimming, golf courses and everything else Österlen has to offer!

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
