Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

The area is located in Geopark The South Funen Archipelago (UNESCO Global) On the 1st floor there are sea views and the most beautiful sunsets. A perfect house for a romantic getaway for 2 or a cozy family holiday, where relaxation and community are most important. Lovely hotel Bed linen/towels can be rented 100 DKK/person. Surrounded by water in Svendborgsund

A summerhouse with a unique location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

Charming 60 sqm wooden house with sea view and 150 m to lovely beach. In addition, good opportunities for fishing. Access to fishing shed. Large terrace with sun nooks around the whole house and small cozy garden. The house is from the 60s, but renovated with functional kitchen, two small bedrooms and TV room with double bed. Toilet in the house. Outdoor screened shower with hot water. The house is equipped with wifi, wood-burning stove, heat pump and large flat screen. From the house there are nice views of the longland belt.

Panoramic sea view cottage in an idyllic landscape

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

180 graders havudsigt - Full sea view - Meerblick

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Sommerhus direkte til vandet. Idyllisk lille sommerhus på 15 m2 beliggende på 900 m2 ugeneret grund. Huset ligger ved skønne Elsehoved 3 km syd for Lundeborg, og med både skov og vand som nabo. Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.

The home was built in 18409 and once housed the Old Costoms, has now been restored with respect for the old. The home is atmospheric and exudes home, so here it is easy to calm down and relax. This cozy place to stay has two bright and spacious bedrooms, a large common room with daybed. Private toilet/bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge and dining area. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. There is access to the garden and outdoor dining area - and about 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
