The coziest summerhouse a few meters from the sea

Summer house for rent We have decided to rent our lovely summer house located on the Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the summerhouse is the tourist ferry Helge to, and with that you can go to Tåsinge and all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom, hallway, bedroom, children's room and repos with sofa bed. Large south facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. Yes in fact it is only 10 meters down to your own beach and its own bathing jetty, from where you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect rocks and hit out, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower that has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view to Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). On the sea there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, harbor porpoises, seals and we have also spotted the famous dolphin that lives in Svendborgsund. Everywhere around it's green and peaceful, no noise from cars, just birds chirping to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are a fishing interest, flatfish, trout etc. can be caught from the jetty. We have two stand-up paddle-boards, two kayaks and two children's kayaks that are allowed to be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. There is room for 1 family of max 6 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We don't have a TV, but plenty of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hot plate, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heating, in addition to wood pellet stove. Price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electric meter is checked upon arrival and departure and is paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449. It needs to be cleaned/all emptied and then a cleaning company will be cleaned.

Falkebo, large nice cottage with sea view

A summer house with a nice view to Storebælt, meadow, lake and river about 300 meters from the sea. It is 118 km2 large and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Large terrace with nice sea view etc. Large garden, gas grill, and lots of garden furniture, outdoor sink. The living room is large and has a wood stove and heat pump. TV, DVD and sofa group, armchairs. Two bathrooms, one with spa and sauna, one with sink and dryer. Kitchen living room has large dining table and a functional kitchen with all appliances.

Cozy apartment with sea view in Lohals

Small cozy apartment in Lohals. Need to relax with your better half or a good friend/friend in beautiful surroundings with great views of the water, 150 meters to the nearest bathing place and close to the beach and forest, then this lovely gem is a great offer. It has restaurants with delicious food, Brugsen and the bakery are within walking distance and there are many sights nearby. During the summer months there is every weekend music at the harbor + flea market every Tuesday. Experience wonderful Langeland.

This holiday house, which has a size of 265 m2, built in 2011 and lies at Langeland surrounded by beatiful nature and woods in the backyard, walking distance to lovely sandy beaches and the pleasant marina in Lohals. The house also contains an impressive water park with a 18 m2 pool with water slide, a nice 6 person spa and a large sauna. And there is also an activity room with ping-pong table, billiards, darts, foosball and Playstation 3. There is also internet and cable tv.

Welcome to a very sweet totally new renovated flat in this 200 year old romantic farmhouse. The flat also has a it's own big terrasse with morning sun, and view over a garden. A sauna is right outside the flat. The whole surroundings are very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The flat is a open flat , with a room divider between two double beds. One of the double beds can be separated into two. This flat is therefore mostly perfect for a couple, or a family.

Wonderful house with child-friendly garden and sauna

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful house, located right down to the forest, river and just 10 min by bike from both beach and inner city. The house is full of charm and unique solutions, and has 4 bedrooms. It exudes children's life and the garden is at once a children's cafe and a quiet, natural garden with sauna and fire pit down to the forest. There are two terraces, both with sun and shade and a nice gas grill.

Idyllic refurbished 70s Home. Near beach & forest

70es Rubik House completely refurbished in 2018. 3 bedrooms. Spacious rooms with a nice vibe and a unique garden with large a wooden terrass. Beach and forest within 200meter. Sauna and fireplace as well as bathtub. 2.5 kms from Svendborg centre, with busses just 100meters from the house. We only rent it out, when we are not in town, so please handle our home with care, as we really love it - And we're sure you will as well!

Lovely cottage by the lake and beach

Relax with the whole family in our delicious and modern cottage with lake and sea view. This beautiful summerhouse is located in Bukkemose on the east coast of Sydlangeland. The cottage is located on a newer deck, and there is a path system to the water and only a few minutes walk to the 18 hole golf course. On the beach is a jetty and playground.
