Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

Lovely smaller holiday home / apartment centrally located in Thurø city. The apartment is located on the first floor, with access via exterior staircase. The apartment is close to the water and close to shopping and pizzeria. In the apartment there is a double bedroom and plenty of closet space. Nyd at være centralt beliggende, med udgang til fin og rolig terrasse, samt udsyn til smuk, grøn have, med gamle træer. En hyggelig Lejlighed, med naturlig oplyst spisestue/stue med tre store terrassedøre, adgang til egen terrasse. Lejligheden ligger i en smuk ældre patriciervilla, i dejligt kvarter, med gåafstand til Svendborgs hyggelige bymidte/gågade, havn og strand, Lejligheden rummer et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, plus spisestue/stue med sovesofa (140 cm). Vi som værter bor i overetagen.

This cozy place to stay has two bright and spacious bedrooms, a large common room with daybed. Private toilet/bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge and dining area. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. There is access to the garden and outdoor dining area - and about 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Lovely apartment on 2 floors. Decorated with a small cave for the little ones.😊 Here are books and toys The apartment is next to our private residence, on a piece of land with a trampoline, kitchen garden, and a small forest. Feel free to use the entire area It is 2 km to shopping opportunities, beach and harbour. Lovely Svendborg is about 4 km away. There are great shopping opportunities and an absolutely stunning harbor environment

Newly renovated city apartment in 18th century warehouse

Newly decorated apartment in historic building in central Svendborg. Secluded from the main street in quiet and locked yard. It's my private residence most of the time. That's why I also need to keep my own items in the shelving unit + food in both the fridge and freezer, just as I clean to the best of my ability. It keeps the price down
