At Kongebakken in Svendborg you will find this unique townhouse with high ceilings and the most beautiful views of the Sound. The house offers two living rooms, older kitchen and 4 double bedrooms / 1.40 m beds. Located in a cozy environment close to downtown and within walking distance to several beaches and Frederiksø. On the newly built terrace there is sun from morning to early evening. Great big dining area inside and out. Woodburning stove in the living room (incl. wood) Kitchen has a new gas stove (electric stove), milk frother etc.

Cozy central townhouse from 1880 with wilderness bath in the closed sunny courtyard. Decorated with many flexible sleeping spaces. The house is furnished with a living room with dining area and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the first floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families traveling together for generations. The townhouse is located right up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

"Home with piano and stool sofa, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping opportunities, shops, and cafes are a stone's throw away. Cosy harbour environment and beach close by. The house has its own parking lot and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available for house guests. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course, you clean up after yourself, take out the garbage and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

Idyllic refurbished 70s Home. Near beach & forest

70es Rubik House completely refurbished in 2018. 3 bedrooms. Spacious rooms with a nice vibe and a unique garden with large a wooden terrass. Beach and forest within 200meter. Sauna and fireplace as well as bathtub. 2.5 kms from Svendborg centre, with busses just 100meters from the house. We only rent it out, when we are not in town, so please handle our home with care, as we really love it - And we're sure you will as well!

Authentic and cozy town house in the very center of Svendborg. Only 250 meters to the beach, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and shopping area, it does not get more central than this. The house is newly renovated with new furniture. The house offers two spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. Atmospheric and very charming older 1/2 townhouse in the most authentic part of Svendborg . 200 meters from the city center and 100 meters from the water. Plenty of room for 2 adults with 2 or 3 children (or 4 adults). Access to large garden and cozy courtyard. P.S. We have rearranged a bit in rooms, but beds, etc. are similar to photos.
