A summerhouse with a unique location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

Charming 60 sqm wooden house with sea view and 150 m to lovely beach. In addition, good opportunities for fishing. Access to fishing shed. Large terrace with sun nooks around the whole house and small cozy garden. The house is from the 60s, but renovated with functional kitchen, two small bedrooms and TV room with double bed. There is a TV internet , wood stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. THE PRICE IS INCLUSIVE OF CONSUMPTION. Additional cleaning fee will be added. As the cottage is located on a natural site - with many trees, you can expect that on outdoor areas there are fallen leaves, pollen and other things that relate to nature/the season on garden furniture etc.

Super nice cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of the Langeland Belt, where cruise ships, the world's largest container ships or small sailing boats sail past. Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fishing cleaning area and a lovely large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langelandsfortet, wild horses, stone slopes, bronze age mounds, small 400 meters from the house is Langelands Golf Course or Langelands Lystfiskersø.

Panoramic sea view cottage in an idyllic landscape

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

180 graders havudsigt - Full sea view - Meerblick

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Sommerhus direkte til vandet. Idyllisk lille sommerhus på 15 m2 beliggende på 900 m2 ugeneret grund. Huset ligger ved skønne Elsehoved 3 km syd for Lundeborg, og med både skov og vand som nabo. Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.

Large cottage. 290 sqm large house with park-like garden and private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, utility room, etc., 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms. Amenities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine, and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests must provide their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (around DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

The home was built in 18409 and once housed the Old Costoms, has now been restored with respect for the old. The home is atmospheric and exudes home, so here it is easy to calm down and relax.
