Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Floor bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes linens and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT least 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 is a requirement. No parties!!

The apartment with very high standards and beautiful views of Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället. The apartment has 4 beds of which 2 in the sofa bed in the living room and 2 in the separate bedroom. Kitchen and dining area is integrated into living room with glazed balcony. The apartment is incredibly fresh and luxurious. The large panoramic windows facing Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället on the other side really give the feeling of being in the middle of Swedish beautiful mountain world. Tottens village road is Åre's oldest village and is an idyll only 10 min walk from Åre center where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, system companies, cafes, etc. Only 5 minutes walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åres ski system. We rent out our 76 sqm, newly built, apartment in Sadelbyn, Åre Björnen. The apartment has a ski-in/ski out location to, among other things, the chairlift Sadelexpressen that takes you out throughout Åre's ski system. When you arrive at the apartment you will be met by a lovely terrace with a great view of Åresjön. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, large hallway, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms of which one with sauna. The apartment has 8 beds and a travel cot for the smallest. Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). Apartment about 45 sqm, central and quiet location Åre village

Bright and fresh apartment with quiet and free location overlooking Renfjället and Åresjön. We have a minimum age 27 and parties are NOT allowed! The apartment is located in the bottom of our semi-detached house on a villa street, with year-round living families with children, pensioners and some leisure homes. It is close to most things so you can do without a car and can walk to the lifts, shops, train, etc. Free parking if you come by car. Sheets, towels, etc. are included in our property and it is made and ready on arrival.

Welcoming apartment with good layout. Walking distance to the ski transport in winter and with rolling distance by bike to Åre Bike Park XC in summer. A master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views of Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport route to the ski system. Parking with engine heater post included.

Cosy little studio at the top of Tegefjäll

Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.
