Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

We rent out our 76 sqm, newly built, apartment in Sadelbyn, Åre Björnen. The apartment has a ski-in/ski out location to, among other things, the chairlift Sadelexpressen that takes you out throughout Åre's ski system. When you arrive at the apartment you will be met by a lovely terrace with a great view of Åresjön. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, large hallway, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms of which one with sauna. The apartment has 8 beds and a travel cot for the smallest. Welcoming apartment with good layout. Walking distance to the ski transport in winter and with rolling distance by bike to Åre Bike Park XC in summer. A master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views of Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport route to the ski system. Parking with engine heater post included.

Newly-built cottage by the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Max the mountain trip in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. Here you avoid the congestion inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes; home you ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus/ski bus stop 1 minute away. Several hiking trails are nearby. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy the wood-fired sauna on our property and maybe have a refreshing swim in the mountain stream next door. Duveds Restaurants is only a 5-10 minute walk away

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country biking. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Mountain cottage by lake, for adventure and rest

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Cosy little studio at the top of Tegefjäll

Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.

Everyone in the group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sauna with the view of the lake.
