The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

Cottage paradise with sauna and barbecue area!

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). Welcoming apartment with good layout. Walking distance to the ski transport in winter and with rolling distance by bike to Åre Bike Park XC in summer. A master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views of Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport route to the ski system. Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre square and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Nice apartment in Åre Sadeln with cycling around the corner

Apartment built 2018 in nice Åre Saddle with all the mountain's summer activities easily accessible. The residence is located directly adjacent to the slopes in Sadeln where new flowtrails are drawn. In summertime, hiking trails and cross country trails go outside the apartment that quickly and fun takes you down to the XC arena and Björnen Centrum where you find high altitude track, pump tracks and more nice bike trails for both big and small.
