Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Bright and fresh apartment with quiet and free location overlooking Renfjället and Åresjön. We have a minimum age 27 and parties are NOT allowed! The apartment is located in the bottom of our semi-detached house on a villa street, with year-round living families with children, pensioners and some leisure homes. It is close to most things so you can do without a car and can walk to the lifts, shops, train, etc. Free parking if you come by car. Ski in ski out location on the mountain. This 17 sq.m studio is separated from the main house with a great view. Underfloor heating plus a storage area for ski and snowboards. Less than 50 meters from the slopes . The property is nearly at the top of of tegefjallvagen and is at least a 15 minute walk from the ski bus or bottom of the slope.Less than a minute to ski down to the chair lift ! When arriving by train a taxi is advisable so you can be dropped at the top outside the studio no 96.
