DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years, or alternatively in the company of the guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to thevm8). Cottage paradise with sauna and barbecue area!

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. Renovated cosy log cabin

Totally renovated Härbre (small log cabin) located only 2000 meters (15 min walk) from the World Championships 8th, which is the largest lift in the ski system. It is about 3000 meters (30 -40 min walk) to Åre Square and train station. The shelter is originally from the year 1850 but in 2018 the cottage was moved and has been completely renovated into a modern and cozy cottage. In addition to the fantastic location in the middle between Åre and Tegefjäll, the shelter offers sauna, fireplace and views over both Åreskutan and Renfjället.

Brand new apartment with a cottage feel

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (open during the ski season). In this cottage you live either well yourself, 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The loft bed is 140 cm wide, bedable sofa 2x80cm is available in the living room. The cottage is located in Undersåker in a smaller residential area and with 1 mile to Åre and southern Årefjällen so there is plenty of activities. It is within walking distance to ICA and train station. Outside the house there is storage for ski equipment as well as a private parking with engine heater. The price includes bed linen, towels and cleaning.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is located scenic above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking available at the houses. By car, it is 10 minutes to the village. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country biking. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Mountain cottage by lake, for adventure and rest

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Beautiful cabin in Huså close to nature

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
