Easylivingmunich, inn house with garden ,central

You will stay at an old inn house in Haidhausen. There are a lot of bars, cafe, and lovely little shops nearby. The house and garden are an oasis of peacefulness. Tram, subway and S-Bahn are not a 5-minute walk away and you can walk to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. We share the bathroom with tub and shower. There is a second room for family&friends. PLEASE KINDLY GREET THE NEIGHBORS!

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run in the second and third generation by Heidi and Elisabeth. The house sits on a quiet and central one-way street, about 5 minutes by foot from the train station and Zugspitz station. Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of Schwabing, Munich's most vibrant district! The space is perfect for up to two guests, with a comfortable sofa bed that opens up into a bed. Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. We also offer hearty organic breakfasts with wild herb smoothies from the garden for 10 € and advise our guests on leisure activities.

They should be the focus during the important days of the year. That's why I highly recommend my accommodation. A stone's throw away, the park begins with numerous opportunities for relaxation or sports. Also the well-known Rottal-Terme is within walking distance. And don't forget. The good bourgeois kitchen. Here we have not only Italian or Greek restaurants, but also the good Bavarian cuisine in numerous restaurants represented.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in between 10 and 20 minutes.
