Our balcony room with private shower / toilet has a size of 27 sqm. The bedroom and living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with stunning mountain views. In our separate farmhouse you can enjoy your breakfast ( photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course the apartment is lockable.
