In the village you can walk in 6 minutes. Munich can be reached via the A 96 in about 25 minutes (35 km). Neuschwanstein Castle and Zugspitze are about 1.5 hours away. The neighborhood is home to chickens and roosters.

From mid/end November to April only accessible by 4-wheel drive! You can expect a unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest. You will have especially a lot of joy as dog owners with us. On our almost 1500 square meter fenced dog meadow, her fur friend can let off steam. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog meadow. In the living area there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening.

The cozy country house is located on the southern outskirts of Höfen. From the bright apartment, newly furnished a few years ago, you have a fantastic completely unobstructed view of the mountains. You can vacation here well with 4 people (including 2 children). The coziest place in the apartment is the sitting and dining area in the south-facing bay window. They feel like they're in the middle of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4 ceramic hotplates, stove, toaster, etc.

Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.
