Another brick in the vault

E' un loft in un edificio del XVII secolo nel centro storico, in una via pedonale accanto alle Torri di Properzio. E' su due livelli: piano terra con un grande open space con pranzo, zona cucina, soggiorno con camino e area con letto matrimoniale, al piano sotto il bagno. L'alloggio non è climatizzato ma gode di una peculiarità naturale per cui la temperatura interna non sale MAI sopra i 26 gradi d'estate. Le volte di mattoni, i muri in pietra e il pavimento in cotto antico lo rendono unico.

The Loft is located in the Olmo district, the most beautiful of the historic center of Orvieto - near the Cava well. Also reachable on foot from the funicular or from the station (taking the funicular to go up to Orvieto, then on foot or with the CC bus line). Two hours by train from Florence and one hour by train from Rome. Outside you will find a beautiful view of the neighborhood, where there are also churches such as: San Giovenale, the ancient Porta Maggiore and a panoramic path.

stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!
