A charming Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and jacuzzi and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo.

Enjoy our 19th century guest house with an authenticity combined with modern aspects. Bask at of our views over our empty landscape and infinity pool. The Wifi arrives by satellite and is available for free. We are located in a valley so the cellular towers are a bit blocked. There are air conditioners located in both bedrooms only. Come to disconnect and stay in a Special Conservation Zone;Natura 2000. Please note that we live in nature which means both animals and insects live here too.

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

Il Bandito Arancione is situated on the picturesque Italian countryside of Umbria, surrounded by breathtaking nature and historical beauty. Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and Perugia are all within easy reach. The holiday home is part of a more than 150-year-old farmhouse, but is completely independent with its own driveway and private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a comfortable sofa bed. The saltwater pool is phenomenally located and offers fantastic views.

Delightful cottage in the countryside

In the charming setting of the Umbrian calanques, in a quiet and very panoramic position on a single level with private porch, large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A few minutes from the A1 motorway and Fabro-Ficulle train station, the house is great for a relaxing stay halfway between Rome and Florence. No wi-fi. Unfortunately, we can't accept children. Please note that the heating fee is excluded from the price.

Ethical House in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a pool, but we have the truffle, stream, roe deer, oysters, wild boars, our cats, and the dog Moti. In the garden you will find herbs, fruit and garden products. Inside the cottage we rent you will have our olive oil, and helichriso liquor that we produce. We actually also produce saffron, but we sell this one! Of course, pets are welcome !

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
