Beautiful apartment overlooking the lake, on the magnificent sunsets of the Trasimeno, with a seasonal pool equipped with loungers and parasols. It has a kitchen stocked with all of the utensils. Private bathroom. Just outside the apartment, the Trasimeno Cycling Trail passes from where to leave for magnificent MTB excursions or on foot. A short distance away there is a private beach and a little further on a public one. There are plenty of water sports nearby.

The terraced villa is immersed in a pine forest along Lake Trasimeno, a few kilometres from the village of Castiglione del Lago, the entrance is as private as the garden in front of the house and the one in the back.
