The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

The house sits on a quiet and central one-way street, about 5 minutes by foot from the train station and Zugspitz station. The two centres of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are also within 10 minutes' walk, such as the Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlour, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. The Carin holiday home is located in the heart of the village of Utting am Ammersee, just a few metres from the lakeshore. The finca has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each and all facing north), a bathroom and 2 guest toilets.
