The 40sqm large apartment with 10sqm large balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800m from the alpine Weißensee and 10km from the Breitenbergbahn. The surrounding area is therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, walking and cycling. In the basement there is a pool and sauna, which can be reached via a basement pathway. There's a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini golf course on the outdoor area. Important: In Nov, the pool & sauna are usually closed due to maintenance.

You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.
