Mt Marathon Retro 50's-Historic Downtown

Mt Marathon Apartments This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay and the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. One of Sewards oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days, come stay and be part of Sewards history. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Great walking path 1 block away that leads to the small boat harbor 1 easy mile away. Small but quaint.

It is walking distance from a fish weir, great place to see spawning salmon, and Bear Lake. It’s ideal for 2, however there is room for 4, as long as two people don't mind climbing a ladder to get to the upstairs. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.
