Mt Marathon Retro 50's-Historic Downtown

Mt Marathon Apartments This charming and cozy 1 bedroom is located just 1 block from Resurrection Bay and the Sea Life Center and 1 street over from downtown shops and restaurants. One of Sewards oldest buildings and originally a boarding house from the old railroad days, come stay and be part of Sewards history. This rental has been totally renovated but we kept some of the old charm. Great walking path 1 block away that leads to the small boat harbor 1 easy mile away. Small but quaint.

Experience Alaska by enjoying a stay in our rustic cabin with an amazing view of mountains and glaciers from the front porch. Located 7 miles up the road from Seward, a bit off the beaten path. It is walking distance from a fish weir, great place to see spawning salmon, and Bear Lake. It’s ideal for 2, however there is room for 4, as long as two people don't mind climbing a ladder to get to the upstairs. Enjoy soft beds, hot shower, and a cup of coffee to get you going in the morning.

This charming lodging is located less than a block from the ocean and two blocks from the historic downtown.

Dylans Treehouse"Private Deck"

We sit on 2.5 acres all wooded and very peaceful. Seward Waterfront is only 7 miles from the house. Tons to do from biking, hiking! No inside kitchen table but on the covered deck a large picnic table. Keep in mind this is a 4 plex but still very peaceful. We do have boat parking for 15.00 a night. Parking for camper will no campers inside 20.00 per night Great for barbecuing and just enjoying your family and as a whole. My yard, I would definitely call a park atmosphere...

We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.
