Waterfront Home. Time to just chill out on the back porch away from all the hustle and bustle. It's that time of the year leaves are changing so come enjoy the outdoors. We fell in love with the gorgeous view from almost every room. Most beautiful sunrises and sunsets, wildlife. Set by the firepit near the water and watch the moon reflection. The sunroom and back porch is very private. Conveniently located min from Draffenville, and Benton. Paducah 20 min. drive. 2 hours to Nashville.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.
