We fell in love with the gorgeous view from almost every room. Most beautiful sunrises and sunsets, wildlife. Set by the firepit near the water and watch the moon reflection. The sunroom and back porch is very private. Conveniently located min from Draffenville, and Benton. Paducah 20 min. drive. 2 hours to Nashville.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Property has its own private Boat Dock and private Boat Slip. Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

Cozy lake home on 2 acres near 3 different marinas

The whole family is invited! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lake home on 2 acres has plenty of space for all. Enjoy the spacious, open living area with oversized sectional sofa and and fully stocked kitchen with lots of space to entertain. The covered back porch is our favorite place for morning coffee or an afternoon bbq while watching our favorite tv sport. All of this within a few minutes of 3 different marinas.... Big Bear Resort, Malcolm Creek and King Creek.

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.
