Enjoy all that Ky Lake area has to offer! Condo is located at Big Bear Resort. It has an open concept living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The living space extends to the deck, overlooking the lake, with additional seating & gas grill. There are queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms; 2 full beds in the third. Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

"My Happy Place"- Hot Tub-Cool Days-Lake Views

"My Happy Place" at Lake Barkley is a great opportunity to getaway with that special someone for a little rest and relaxation. Enjoy the lake views, hot tub, or the quite time together sitting on the deck. Please be aware this is a 600 square feet, one bedroom cottage and it is connected to a second unit that has a separate entrance. The hot tub is exclusively used by guests in "My Happy Place." NO BOAT DOCK at this home. (Mineral Mound State Park boat ramp and Kuttawa Marina are close.)

Just a short walk from Moors Marina, our quiet and nice lake view location offers not only a great place to rest your head after a long day on the water, but a patio to grill your dinner and a fire pit to enjoy the outdoors under the beautiful stars. With extra shared yard space we can accommodate for boat parking and plug in access for any fisherman. Please notify us ahead of time so we can make sure space is available. Escape to a refreshing weekend getaway at Lake Barkley. Just minutes away from Patti’s Settlement, Venture River Water Park, and Mineral Mounds.
