The well designed kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and washer/dryer as everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is the lower floor of our primary residence, and my family and I live upstairs in a separate unit.

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. You have the spaciousness of being in the country but are less than 5 minutes from the best pizza in town. The Animas City River Trail bike path is directly accessible from the property.
