This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. River access is available for paddle boarding the Animas River. This apartment is on the 2nd floor of our rec hall. One flight of exterior stairs leads to the apartment. It has a parking spot close to these steps assigned to the apartment. It is a one room apartment with a queen bed, fold out futon and sleeps up to 3. Inside includes: heat/AC, linens/towels/soaps, fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fire place, cable TV, free WIFI. Outside there is a private deck with a propane grill. On site coin operated laundry available.
