Neighboring the best BBQ around, PuttPutt, Durango Harley Davidson, a dispensary and many other walk to eateries. Not the quietest but fun! The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Peaceful, country home surrounded by green pastures 2wheel drive accessible. Close to historic Durango, Two ski resorts, mountain activities, casino, and river activities. 10 minute drive to airport. 25 minutes to Durango. 5 min to Bayfield/Ignacio. An extremely friendly german shepherd dog (Max).He is a sweet, amiable dog but he is never inside your space.

Get-a-way by the River-hiking, biking, relaxing..

This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Two cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.
