Nice apartment, central and seaside. Incl parking

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location in the middle of a quiet development area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus runs about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. The apartment has entrance from the veranda and is furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and storage room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor contains 2 bedrooms and an extra exit. We also have boat rentals, both dinghies with outdoor tables and motor boats(intended for fishing). Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. NB! There is German TV as well as Google TV. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Apartment rented in a rural location, apartment is at the end of our house 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 sofa with space for two TV and Internet Dishwasher & Refrigerator Washing machine and a small drying rack ,living room,kitchen, Outdoor seating area, in season. Toy monkeys on the outside can be disposed of but must then be shared with our kids if they are at home. Lots of sun and nice views of a water. No bus connection from us. 5km to the Southern Center/ Zoo 14 km to Kristiansand 11 km to little sand

Cosy loft near city center and UIA

The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbour and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15 minute walk to the University (UIA). Lots of great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with double bed, a single bed, a nice TV nook, fridge, kitchenette with kettle as well as a nice small bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost an extra 100kr per day.

Super cozy loft apartment with lovely views

Bright and cozy apartment on beautiful Flekkerøy with lovely views to the sea. Newly renovated, all furniture and inventory is new and inviting. Sit back on the delicious couch and let your eyes rest on the sea. Peaceful area with great hiking areas just outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of the beach and docks. Bed linen is provided and towels are ready for your arrival. This apartment provides peace of mind. Warm welcome :)

Cozy cabin close to the river.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.
