Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Free parking with possibility to charge an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every 15 minutes and 45 minutes to Dyreparken. Pets welcome. The apartment is on the first floor. It is Fully furnished and has a nice outside area with a lawn. There is plenty of parking and buses close by. 5 km from the city center. The apartment is your perfect home for either workstay or vacation. Safe, quiet, and friendly area. Suitable for children. The sun comes at sunrise in the kitchen, and it is lovely to enjoy your morning coffee outside. Free parking. If you are travelling with children we are 40 minutes from Dyreparken in Kr.Sand.

the apartment dazzling SeaView

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 40" TV with chromecast in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. The apartment is bed a river with good swimming and the fishing possibility. It's a good place for couples, people traveling alone, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths during the ski season.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Nice apartment/loft at Bjorbekk, close to Arendal

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
