The apartment has entrance from the veranda and is furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and storage room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor contains 2 bedrooms and an extra exit. We also have boat rentals, both dinghies with outdoor tables and motor boats(intended for fishing). Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. NB! There is German TV as well as Google TV. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed. It's also its own secluded patio with dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

The apartment is nicely located in nature. Bridge fire in the apartment with maps of great built up trails for peak hikes in the downmillo . The apartment is bed a river with good swimming and the fishing possibility. It's a good place for couples, people traveling alone, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths during the ski season.

Cozy cabin close to the river.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Sleeps 1 car in garage basement. Incidentally, parking outside. Needs left in window to park in the co-op parking lot.

The apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hotplates).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. My place is close to Arendal city centre. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Pollen. It is a nice apartment with a parking space located in a quiet residential area close to the city. Idyllic cabin, quiet and peaceful

At our idyllically located small farm, we rent out the guesthouse. Great view of Vatnebu water. Own sandy beach and the possibility of borrowing a canoe or boat for recreation or fishing. Game hall on the barn with table tennis, air hockey, darts and Fussball. A very great outdoor space. Here there is a lot to enjoy for both young and old.
