Welcome to a cozy apartment in Sørlandet!

Cozy apartment with its own terrace and good views. It is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. Sofa bed double in the living room. If needed, we can arrange an extra bed. It's a spacious living room. Private bathroom with shower. To Vågsbygd Amfi - about 3 min by car, to Skyland Trampoline Park, Leo's Playland, Glowing Golf, about 5 min. etc. Nice walks around the lake, etc. We expect general folk customs and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 23. We live in the house ourselves on the 2nd floor.

Bar gate on terrace and inside by stairs 2 double bedrooms, 2 guest beds 90 cm ,as the top is comfortable tempur mattress. 1 bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. Large terrace. Gas grill and outdoor furniture. Large lawn. Short distance to the sea and the zoo about 7 km.15 min walk to fishing and bathing area by the sea. Sørlandsenteret is located right by the zoo. 10 km to the summer town of Lillesand and 20 km to Kristiansand.

Cozy apartment on beautiful Biodden which is an old town in Grimstad. Quiet area with only 5 minutes walk to cozy city center. The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, 2 cozy little living rooms with sofa bed in both bedrooms, kitchen and a private patio with access to barbecue and lovely views. Bathing jetty is right next door. There is also a city beach in walking distance. Lots of nice beaches nearby, both for fresh water and salt water. Welcome to us.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Consistently top 2 bedroom apartment with large west facing terrace with evening sun and free parking. The apartment is located a few meters from the city's pedestrian street/ shopping street (Markens) and is centrally located with regard to the bus and railway. Easy access by bus to the Zoo and short distance to Baneheia with bathing water and hiking area. In the city center is the city beach and otherwise close access to all the city's restaurants.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Convenient basement apartment. Parking on the outside. Simple patio ( morning sun ) overlooking the sea. Wifi available, as well as tv with appletv solution. The kitchen can possibly be used for an extra bedroom. Short distance ( 2 min walk ) to local bus that goes to Grimstad and Arendal.
