The ground floor apartment is in a very large classic Skagen house. Two bedrooms, very large living room and a large kitchen with dining area. The apartment is spacious at 80 sqm and there is a larger common outdoor area with garden furniture, children's playground, petanque court and shared gas grill. Lovely apartment with space for the family or for the craftsman living outside. 2 bedrooms. 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Parking space right outside the door. Large utility room and large balcony. Located in quiet neighborhood. 10 min walk to convenience store. Really good alternative to a holiday home. 25 minutes drive to Aalborg The village of Ulsted is small and does not have any attractions. But sea and forrest is not far away. NOTE.
