Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. 300m to shop and bus. The bus runs about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. Modern and attractive apartment with nice sun conditions and a cozy outdoor area. Støle is located on a peninsula about 7 km from the city centre. Nice swimming opportunities at Støle brygge located close by. At the apartment you will find garden furniture in front where you can relax. Perfect if you wish to enjoy a coffee cup, read or spend time outside. The apartment is about 25 min away from Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret by car. Want to rent to quiet and proper people. Some work is being done in the area of pdd.

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, a private bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a sofa bed. It's also its own secluded patio with dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

Dorm near Grimstad city center (without full kitchen)

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

The apartment is nicely located in nature. Bridge fire in the apartment with maps of great built up trails for peak hikes in the downmillo . The apartment is bed a river with good swimming and the fishing possibility. It's a good place for couples, people traveling alone, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town of Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths during the ski season.

Great "hotel room", central. Pretty view

"Hotel room" with its own entrance and attached large bathroom. There is a fridge and TV in the room where you can use Chromecast to stream via any subscription you may have, further chairs and water cooker. Large bathroom with shower/hot tub. Heating cables in the floor. Perfect detour from E39, while saving about 50 NOK in tolls😊 NB! You are responsible for cleaning yourself, you want this done by the landlord, ask for this when booking.

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with plating (concrete slopes) secluded with a hedge. Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city center. 10 min to walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Sleeps 1 car in garage basement. Incidentally, parking outside. Needs left in window to park in the co-op parking lot.
