Located in a quite private setting you may never want to leave, but if so you are only 7 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 15 mins to downtown Weaverville, and 25 mins to downtown Asheville! The cabin will sleep 4 people but is best for 2 people. Gas log fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer and a small kitchen with new appliances. Relax and unwind on the massive deck with the gas fire pit and a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains! Conveniently located close to town.

Roaring Fork Chalet Long Range Views Mt Mitchell

The chalet is a warm and comfy place to relax, cool off, hike/bike a trail or two, enjoy long-range views as the chalet elevation is 3,383 feet (Mt Mitchell is 6,683), listen to some good music, sip your favorite drink and rejuvenate your soul. NO four-wheel drive is needed to get to the chalet EXCEPT possibly in the winter months. The mountain roads are curvy and the subdivision is steep in parts but ALL the roads are paved and well maintained. Dog accepted w/ prior approval (fee applies).

Amazing sunsets, silly animals, and just a great getaway from your everyday life. This is a true working farm/ranch. Walk out your front door and you might be greeted by some guineas or a turkey. You can go to the summer kitchen to grill and have a glass of wine and see our friendly pigs and possibly be greeted by our livestock guardian dog on your way.
