This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Old distillery Nettelbeck - loft apartment

Living and holidaying under the stork's nest in an old listed building (built in 1850) in the so-called engine house of the old distillery. During the vaulted rooms exhibitions and concerts are held regularly. In classes, the forge can be learned here in the workshop. For 4 years we have been renting out the first apartment - with the second we have a total of 10 beds, e.g. for family reunions or courses - or you enjoy the place with plenty of space alone or in pairs.

Creative getaway

Built in the 1950s, the Kulturhaus is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. Two holiday apartments were created for guests. The hall of the Kulturhaus is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site, in addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near S-Bahn station Parkstraße (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. In the vicinity are the Barnstorfer Wald and Lindenpark. Most facultäts building of the University of Rostock in walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it's a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV neighborhood.

Super nice loft with lake property in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Free parking in the yard Opposite is a wonderful beach but I also offer a swimming spot in the farm.
