Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The centerpiece of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tile stove and kitchen in winter, plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory inspires. The barely traveled side street also offers additional tranquility. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for the ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschl.

In the village 10 - 15 minutes walk you will find inns, supermarket, playground, coffee house with bakery, butcher, trafik +magazine store, bank, ATM, post partner, craft shop, felt, ceramics, a local museum. The spacious cottage (200m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is framed by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the village center Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walking, hikes, hikes and bike rides can be taken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming spot at the bottom of the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12 min walk, 1 min by car). We have floor heating or cooling.
