Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. Available again after a few months of own use! We live very rural but only 9km away from the capital Linz. Perfectly located is our apartment for people passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. Privacy is guaranteed with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child friendliness.

Central quiet and green with balcony

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. The high room height conveys a unique feeling of living, a spacious bathtub and a high terrace with a view of a beautiful garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is over complete. Cozy bright apartment in the middle of the village

The approximately 90 square meter accommodation is on the first floor of a 2-family house with separate entrance. There is one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160x200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen, as well as a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also welcome!

Anteroom, kitchen, bath, living-/diningroom with Couch (double) and access to the garden, dining table, WiFi, SAT-TV, LED Flat-Screen, double room. 15 min walk to the old town (depending on your walking speed, some guests need 25 minutes to get there, others only 10)
