Nice room for a short vocation and a stopover

Newly renovated studio situated in a beautiful park overlooking the meadows to the surrounding mountains. Cross country ski truck right in front of our house ( you can ski both directions : to Seefeld , and to Mittenwald. Snow shoes hiking, winter hiking , Tobogganing.. beautiful healthy nature around. To ski lift Rosshütte - 5 min by car ore by bus ( free for alpine skiers ). Every thing is new and nice. Sunny spot of Scharnitz, 4 km to Mittenwald, 8 km to Seefeld, 900 meters to train station

On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom a cot can be placed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped.
