Grandiose loft apartment with fantastic views over Tyrol. A retreat but reachable by car. The bridge between past and future, embedded in modern, stylish architecture. Directly connected to the cross-country skiing trails and mountain bike trails in front of the house. A small wellness area: sauna and infinity hot tub with valley view is available. There is also a washer and dryer in the house! Our Tyrolean restaurant is next to us.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountains.
