At high altitude and with private location in Huddinge

Villa with large terrace and space for the family. The house is undisturbed location surrounded by beautiful nature and forest even though neighbors are close by. In the forest, deer, squirrels, hare and we have had a visit from moose. Still, it's only a 15-20 min drive to downtown Stockholm and a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the subway or commuter train. The house is close to outdoor areas, sports grounds as well as Lake Gömmaren for swimming and leisure activities.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. Welcome to Lillgården in Uttran. Enjoy your stay in our newly produced villa with very high standard. You have access to your own jetty, patio and swimming pool. The house is close to our own villa, but is still private. Why not enjoy a day at the pool or do Stockholm. Perfect starting point for excursions. Only 30 minutes into Stockholm city with commuter trains. 500m walkway to bus stop, which takes you in 10 minutes to the commuter train station.

Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim at the cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day Approx 1 hour by car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have parties or friends visiting. Age limit is 25 years.
