Sea cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

A fantastic accommodation by the sea just 10 meters from the water. With views over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships passing outside house. The cottage is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. The cottage has a terrace facing the sea and is only 12 km from central Stockholm. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cabin. The wood-fired hot tub that stands on our dock can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Cabin with proximity to lake and forest and Stockholm

The forest is located just behind our house. You can walk to a lake that is 1 km from the house. It is a nice walk there next door and in the forests. You may also walk just over a mile through the woods to an open-air area called Flottsbro. If you want to go to Stockholm city, you can be there within 50 minutes by public transport. To the bus station Almvägen it is a 5-10 minute walk. The bus takes you to the commuter train. The commuter train from Tullinge station to Stockholm City takes 22 minutes.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
