This place is awesome for people travelling for work, and for families. An awesome location, close to the beach and to town. A 5-minute stroll to the end of the street takes you to the Habour boardwalk. The house sleeps 4. If you have more than 4 wishing to stay, please send us a message about renting the studio which is directly behind the house. This can sleep an additional adult, and 3 children. If you only rent the house, don't worry, the sleepout will not be rented out during your stay.

Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family.
