Near new two bedroom stand alone house. Privately tucked down the end of shared driveway. Private, sun drenched and modern Indoor outdoor flow at its best; soak up the sun relaxing on the private front deck or slip into the shade under the covered pergola. A two minute drive (or a short stroll) to Bayfair Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafes and 3 mins drive to the beach (access 6.5). Very handy to Trustpower Stadium We are pet friendly with a fully fenced property. But please enquire :)
