Comfortable Cottage style home with 3 bedrooms, private baths. Many amenities. Two living areas for everyone's comfort, a beautiful kitchen, a large private outdoor patio with multiple seating, a fire pit and a gas grill. Backyard is partially shared. We are close to the Portland nightlife, airport, shopping, restaurants and family-friendly activities. We are in a community that offers biking , running routes, parks and History. 5 minutes to the beach , private deck , cozy apartment just a stone's throw from Scratch Bakery. Grab a bagel, or my personal fave, almond horseshoe, and relax on the deck stroll to the beach. One bedroom apartment on the third floor, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a weekend or a winter rental. The stairs are steep and may not be appropriate if you have mobility issues. sloped ceilings . First response is alaways , "It's so much bigger than the photos show. Fast wifi .

Cozy condo across the street from Maine's beautiful Pine Point beach. Private entrance with one on-site parking spot. Queen bed in lofted area, full size sleeper sofa on ground level. Efficient kitchen area with fridge, stove, and microwave for preparing small meals. Wifi and TV equipped with a streaming device.
