Beautiful, Bright and Spacious 2br apt in SoPo!

This beautiful, homey, sunny and clean spot in South Portland is ready to be your home away from home on vacation! Style meets comfort in this sweet private 2BR gem. Location and convenience are key to this home: 10 min from downtown Portland, the hospital, beaches, the Maine Mall, and Cape Elizabeth. Located right off Rt 1, Rt 95 and Rt 295. There is a great private front porch as well as a spacious shared back yard. Plenty of off street parking in a great neighborhood. Vacationland awaits !

Spacious and Comfortable Private Apartment

Third floor (i.e. a few stairs) spacious apartment with a private entrance. Walking distance to Thompson’s Point, Maine Med and many other trails and attractions. The Old Port is a 5 minute drive (1.5 mi.). There is plenty of free street parking available. Space heaters warm the space in the winter, and a/c is provided in the summer. The house is shared by first floor tenants while our family occupies the second floor. Again, several stairs to navigate, but quite comfortable once you settle in!

Cozy small private loft in a brick Victorian era home in Portland’s West End. The Old Port is only a 7 min walk away. The building is by Harbor View Memorial Park, Casco Bay bridge that connects Portland with South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, beaches and parks. Portland was named “City of the Year” in 2018 in Bon Appetit. Please note that bathroom/ shower are small. The apartment might not be suitable for tall individuals or elderly people due to steep stairs and slanted ceiling.

5 minutes to the beach , private deck , cozy apartment just a stone's throw from Scratch Bakery. Grab a bagel, or my personal fave, almond horseshoe, and relax on the deck stroll to the beach. One bedroom apartment on the third floor, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a weekend or a winter rental. The stairs are steep and may not be appropriate if you have mobility issues. sloped ceilings . First response is alaways , "It's so much bigger than the photos show. Fast wifi .

Set on a quiet street, walking distance to Willard Beach & Scratch bakery, 5 minutes to Portland Headlight and 10 minutes to Portland's Old Port.

Stylish Studio Apt near Old Port, Beaches: Dirigo

A beautiful, private studio with kitchenette and luxury bathroom in the heart of Ferry Village in So. Portland. Although not on Portland peninsula, the Old Port is just an 8 min drive away. The apartment is five minutes to Willard Beach and 15 minutes to Scarborough beaches. Also in the building is the Second Rodeo Cafe, which serves coffee, breakfast and lunch. This large, beautiful first-floor studio and bath in a lovely Victorian apartment building is completely self-contained and provides a quiet, private space to relax after exploring all that Portland has to offer. Parking space provided is just two blocks away. Please note that while the bedroom room is spacious, the bathroom is tiny!
