The luxurious holiday homes leave nothing to be desired and promise perfect relaxation after an active day in the beautiful forests or on the nearby Brocken, the highest mountain in the Harz Mountains. Schierke is small and charming. It lies directly at the foot of the Brocken and is a climatic health resort and winter sports resort in one. The beautiful spa park, the historic train station with the Brockenbahn and of course the unique location for hikers and skiers make Schierke an attractive holiday destination. There is a supermarket, several cafés and restaurants and, of course, a sales outlet for the well-known "Schierker Feuerstein" in the former local pharmacy. Highlights included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning WLAN Activities in the area: You can walk to the Brockenbahn train station in just over 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you can start your trips to the Brocken, Wurmberg or other exciting destinations on designated paths. Wernigerode or Braunlage can be reached quickly by car. Mountain bikers can look forward to the area called "Mountainbikeschaukel" between Schierke and the Wurmberg with tours of various levels of difficulty, steep climbs and beautiful views from the summit. In winter, Schierke offers ideal cross-country skiing conditions: around 40 km of trails sometimes reach altitudes of over 1,000 meters. Hopfengarten is a small district in the south of Magdeburg, which dates back to the development with villas, terraced and single-family houses after 1900. LocationPrepitine The Hop Garden spreads over area of 2.7894 km² and has a population of 4,754 (as of December 31, 2016).[1] The average age is 43.9 years (as of 2001). The following streets surround the hop garden: in the north the reed width, in the west the Leipziger Chaussee and in the south the Ottersleber Chaussee. In the east, the SKET industrial site and a decommissioned stockpile adjoin. The district is crossed centrally by the street Am Hopfengarten in a west-easterly direction. The Hopfengarten is, with a few exceptions, a Tempo-30 zone. In addition, bus line 57 runs at the northern edge of the district at the corner of Schilfbreite/Hopfenbreite. Tram line 9 (direction Neustädter See) and regional bus companies run on the western edge of the district at the Leipziger Chaussee. There is also a taxi rank. At the edge of the Hopfengarten there is a primary school and a kindergarten. There are no other cultural institutions. Every two weeks, the library of the city library stops at the central meeting point, the Hopfenplatz. The cultural monuments in the district are listed in the local list of monuments. House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The holiday house has 160 sqm living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 persons. It is located in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland on Lake Hainer, 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 sqm dining/living room with huge windows, long dining table and fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for social days in a larger circle. For the children, there are many books, toys, and a play floor.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.
